Allowing me to have better questions, wider vision, and more impactful results. Through my multidisciplinary expertise I can tackle this by combining different practices and providing a more holistic approach to problem-solving.
As a practitioner of systematic creative processes I do in-depth, contextual research and invest time in structured workflows, but I know when to leave space for curiosity and playfulness.
I am persistent in my work and I am not afraid of presenting new ideas, reimagining scenarios or asking questions.
Context
Conducted the redesign of Innovationsmanufaktur and supported its implementation as a website.
Worked in an autonomous environment, taking independent creative decisions. Focusing on generating adaptive designs, in a non-linear process, learning on the go about the possible contexts and scenarious.
And finally, presenting my vision in a way that is easy to assimilate by the rest of the team in order to allow them to provide the needed feedback.

Context
As I noticed the overall creativity stagnation and to avoid a potential burn-out of the designers, I took the initiative to organize "desigingin together" team sessions.
Creating together with others is a non-superficial way to bond with others, which helps developing empathy, fairness and integrity when solving taks with co-workers, allowing a better collaboration leading to greater designs.
Recurring freestyle design session
- created, developed and mediated a recurring team session at Payoneer for the design team
- the aim for the meeting was to facilitate an enviromnent where we, as designers, could have an uninterrupted, experimental creative session together with designers from all other departments (marketing, product, UX, animation etc).
Design Conferences & Sum Up sessions
- encouraged and organized going to conferences - and organizing activities for the team - to create while on the trip
- making presentations about the artists and what we learned to present it to the team when coming back in order to digest the information and think where we could use the new inspiration ourselves
Results
- collaboration and communication inside our team and between departments improved
- the guided “playful co-creative process” had as side effect lower anxieties, destress - helping the mind generate new ideas as there was no right and wrong or a final goal
- participants were inspired to explore direction that they would otherwise not ( breaking the personal creative patterns )
I believe design is for everyone and not only those from privileged background should be surrounded by functional but also mindfully crafted products.
The eye is a strong receptor and we, as people are very receptive to what surrounds us, absorbing what we see and feel.
Favelas Meal Tickets
-designed & printed numbered tickets for the favelas in Sao Paulo
- helped with the distribution in order to better empatize with the residence and understand the role of the meal-tickets in their daily life
No War Innitiative by Athleten Deutschland e.V.
- created a campaign on youtube and instagram for supporting peace and inviting creators and athletes to speak up for peace between countries - as they are the symbol of solidarity, compassion, respect and tolerance.

Context
I took over the responsibility to onboard, initiate and offer guidance to the freshly hired junior designers in Payoneer (previously optile).
In order to make them feel more comfortable within the workplace and help thme understand the culture within your organisation, the company's goals and direction.
On a personal level, to support them with their professional aspirations and to be a bridge between them and leadership.

- initiated discussions with Team Managers and prepared sessions for solving conflicts

- created a comfortable enviromnent for designers at the beginning of the road, so they could focus on finding solutions and creating designs not stressing about their workflows
- the collaboration and between the juniors and managers improved - improving the overall quality of her design and team dynamics.
- learned myself from their questions getting new ideas and a fresher perspective.
